The department hosts four disciplinary communities: Organisation and Management, International Business, Entrepreneurship and Philosophy of Management. The department’s unique contribution to the Aalto University and School of Economics stems from the dynamic interplay among disciplines, which produces theoretically ambitious and managerially relevant research and education.
On the whole, the number of faculty, researchers and staff is about 100.
